"It was here in Cabo when I realized what yoga is all about.  It's more than stretching and becoming bendy.  It's a practice of peace and harmony.    It a practice of going within.   It is a bond between  our sister souls.  Yoga is so much more than I ever knew.  I am so thankful for Kelly and Jenn and Jenn who were hear to guide us on our own personal journeys.   Our practice started each morning with time to reflect with 30 min meditation with the guidance of Oprah and Deepak.  On this beautiful rooftop with tiles so beautiful, I felt as if I were in India.  warrior pose gave us wings outstretched toward the Pacific Ocean and mountains. I felt like one of the condors flying above.   We breathe in the moment as tears flowed down my sunburnt cheeks.  I noticed the mother and daughter standing in front of me.  Arms stretched out as wings and felt truly blessed as a women and to be a part of this amazing experience.
